Fully telescopic aluminium legs are made of square tubing for added lightness and required strength. The cast alloy head has an integrated pulley wheel allowing a cable from a device to pass through the center of the head. This eliminates costly pulleys and allows one of the 2 eyebolts in the head to be used as a tie-off point for the topside worker. The retractable devices are located on the outside of the working area which allows a narrower profile and fit the tripod into tighter spaces.
